Fuben-eki is the idea that inconvenience brings hidden benefits—like taking the stairs instead of the elevator for the exercise. At Kabu Homestead, we embrace this philosophy. Step away from modern comforts and discover the rewards of a simpler, not so convenient, way of living.

An Ideal Day at Kabu Homestead

Start your day with a morning walk, and let the calm clear your mind. Enjoy a nourishing breakfast before spending the morning exploring our regenerative garden, learning how to rebuild soil and bring life back to the land.

In the afternoon, take time to relax by the river, visit a scenic nature spot, or try an outdoor adventure. As the evening settles in, gather around the campfire to prepare your own meal, cooking over an open flame and enjoying the simple pleasure of food made by hand.

End the night under a sky full of stars, feeling the rhythms of nature and the quiet rewards of a slower way of living.
